摘要
对多种镇静安眠药物的薄层色谱方法进行了研究,建立了生物样品中18种安定类和巴比妥类药物的薄层色谱法。该法具有快速、准确、灵敏和分离效果较好等特点。
A thin layer chromatography(TLC) method for determination of benzodiazepines
and barbiturates in biological samples such as blood and urine was studied. With the established
method, the 18 benzodiazepines and barbiturates could be detected very rapidly, conveniently and
accurately in different solvent systems. The limits of detection were 0.1-0.2μg/spot for
benzodiazepines and 1-2μg / spot for barbiturates, respectively. This method has been successfully
used to detect these drugs in biological samples from poisoning patients. The obtained results pro-
vided basis for clinical treatment and cure.
