摘要
用玻璃化方法长期低温保存生物材料的研究取得了很大的进展。本文简述了玻璃化方法的基本原理、实现玻璃化的条件和用于低温保存时面临的困难和对策以及有关应用研究的进展。
Vitrification has become an approach to cryopreservation only in recent years.What is vitrification, how to vitrify a liquid and the difficulty in vitrification as a method ofcryopreservation of biological systems, are discussed briefly. The application of cryopreservationby vitrification is also mentioned in this review.
