摘要
报道二种用于测定有机磷化合物结构的核磁共振新方法,^(13)CSLDEPT和^(31)PSLPT。它们以选择性质子软脉冲的远程磁极化转移为基础,所提供的~1H—^(13)C和~1H—^(31)P的相关信号可以直接用于识别核磁共振谱峰、连接结构单元,确定分子结构。与二维异核远程核磁共振方法相比,这二种方法都具有灵敏度高、数字分辨率好和使用方便等特点。
The paper reports two new NMR methods ^(13)C SLDEPT and ^(31)p SLPT relying onthe transfer of magnetization from a preselective proton to its coupled ^(13)C or ^(31)p nuclei. Thesemethods can be used to effectively detect the presence of long-range ~1H-^(13)C and ~1H-^(31)Pcouplings, and thus can accomplish, in a direct and unambiguous manner, the spectral assignmentsand structure determination of organophosphorus compounds.
