概述了9种癌基因(c-myc、c-fos、c-jun、ETS-2、c-myb、c-erbB_2/neu、c-Ha-ras、c-Ki-ras、c-rel)和2种抑癌基因(Rb、p53)转录调控的分子机制研究在近年来所取得的主要进展。
The latest progress in molecular mechanisms for transcriptional regulation of 9oncogenes (c-myc, c-fos, c-jun, ETS-2, c-myb, c-erbB_2/neu, c-Ha-ras, c-Ki-ras, c-rel) and2 tumor suppressor genes (Rb, p53) was reviewed.
