摘要
介绍生物信息资料数据库近年来的发展和生物信息数据库在生物医学研究中的几个主要应用方面:(1)选择实验研究的技术途径,找出最佳实验条件;(2)预测序列的各种功能位点、结构域和高级结构;(3)对序列的理论分析。同时也简要地指出序列分析软件的主要发展趋势。
The recent development of biomolecular databases and their main applica-tions in biomedical research are discussed. The following applications of the databases are: (1) thetechnological methods of experimental research to choose by using databases and their softwares,to discover the best conditions of experiments; (2) to predict the functional site, domain and struc-ture of sequence; (3) to analyse the sequence theoretically. The developing directions of thesoftwares for the biomolecular databases are pointed out.
