综述了选择性标记基因的分类和应用及其安全性研究进展 ,并对选择性标记基因研究的发展方向进行了探讨。
The selectable marker gene has an effect of gathering the transforman t cell. This text summarizes the classification and the application of the select able marker gene, and the research progress of its security, and discusses th e developmental direction of the selectable marker gene research.
