摘要
银行贷款在政府对高等教育投入不足的情况下,积极促进了高校的飞速发展,同时对高校的财务管理也产生了巨大冲击。如何合理利用银行贷款进行高校建设,防范由此可能产生的财务危机,是高校财务管理中重要的问题之一。
In condition that government grants less financial input in high education, bank loan will actively promote the development of the institution of higher education at full speed. At the same time it will also produce great impact on the financial administration of the institution of higher education. How to rationally utilize the bank loan to carry out the construction of university to keep away the possible financial crisis is one of the important problems in the financial administration of institution of higher education.
