摘要
本文从风险投资公司资金来源、治理机制、退出机制三个方面,对中国的风险投资运行机制与西方国家(主要是美国)的风险投资运行机制进行了比较,找出差别,并分析了中国风险投资运行机制存在的问题,指出建立完善的风险投资组织形式和通畅的风险投资退出渠道是促进我国风险投资业发展的两大核心问题。
This article compares the differences of the mechanism of venture capital between China and western countries (mainly America)from the aspects of the source of venture capital,the mechanism of governance and the mechanism of withdrawal,analyses the existing problem in Chinese operating mechanism of venture capital and points out that designing a perfect organizational form and setting up an ideal withdrawing channel are the two essential means of promoting the development of venture capital industry in China.
