摘要
结合案例分析了当前上市公司主业不强的表现形式、成因 ,并提出了上市公司强大主业的对策 .企业可以通过完善治理结构 ,明确经营战略 ,加强企业创新 。
With case study, the indicating forms of the weakness of listed companies' main business, their causes, and some corresponding strategies are presented. Businesses will obtain lasting and steady development by perfecting corporate management, developing corporate strategies, and strengthening corporate innovation.
