摘要
利用灰色系统理论中的灰关联度分析技术 ,对不同并购方案的风险程度进行比较 ,可以找到风险较低的并购方案 .
Merger patterns of lower risk can be chosen through a comparison of risk factors between different merger patterns with the help of a grey relation analysis of the grey system theory. The grey relation analytic process is more useful than the fuzzy assessment process by verifiable analysis.
