摘要
新课程呼唤创新型的高素质教师 ,深入反省现行教师教育在课程理念、课程结构、课程内容、课程评价与课程管理等方面的弊端与不足 ,分析新教师教育课程的特征 ,探求教师教育课程改革的策略 ,是为基础教育课程改革造就高素质教师的关键性环节。
The new curriculum calls highly-qualified teachers with creativity. Reflecting disadvantages of the new teachers, analyzing features of the teachers training curriculum and exploring strategies for it are the key points to cultivate teachers for such a reform.
