摘要
对环颈雉肝脏脂肪酸合成酶类进行测试分析。结果表明,环颈雉肝脏的各种脂肪酸代谢酶类的活性表现为:84日龄的ACC、FAS及NADP-MDH的活性值比28日龄的显著增加。G-6-PDH的活性非常低,显示环颈雉的脂肪酸合成途径与鸡相同,脂肪酸的合成所需要的NADPH是由NADP-MDH参与的丙酮酸-苹果酸途径提供的。
Analysis and testing of the fatty acid synthetases of phasianus colchicus Linnaeus liver indicated that the activities of ACC FAS and NADP-MDH after 84 days were much higher than 28 days,while the activity of G-6-PDH was quite low, which is the same with chicken. And the NADPH needed was supplied by NADP-MDH in the pyruvate-malate way.
