中、高N/P(摩尔比)酪蛋白磷酸肽的生产工艺研究 被引量:2

Investigation on technologies to produce CPP products with middle and higher N/P(molar ratio)

摘要 确定了中、高N/P(摩尔比 )CPP(酪蛋白磷酸肽 )的生产工艺。采用纳滤工艺生产所得CPP的N/P(摩尔比 )为 2 4~32 ,灰分含量在 6 %左右 ;N(氮 )和P(磷 )的得率分别为86 .4 3%和 99.6 0 %。Sephadex G15凝胶层析和HPLC分析结果表明 :纳滤能透过部分的氨基酸和短肽 ,从而改善CPP产品质量。用乙醇提取工艺生产所得CPP的N/P(摩尔比 )为19~ 2 4 ,灰分含量为 6 .79%。该工艺的副产品NPP的灰分含量也很低 ,为 4 .4 2 %。 The technologies were studied to prepare CPP products with middle and higher N/P(molar ratio).The results showed N/P(molar ratio) produced by nanofiltration technology was between 24 and 32, ash content was about 6%. Yield of N and P was 86.43% and 99.60% respectively. Analysis by using Sephadex-G15 and HPLC supported the conclusion that nanofiltration filtrated free amino acid and short peptides partly for improvement of the quality of CPP .N/P(molar ratio) of CPP products produced by ethanol extracting technology was between 19~24, ash content was 6.79%. The content of ash of NPP(by-product) was low (4.42%).
