摘要
简要介绍了当今SMT应用的先进自动光学检查技术 ,通过分析SMT生产方式 ,有针对性地提出了配合SMT柔性生产模式的实施技巧与策略 ,并分析了其在SMT生产上的应用时应注意的几个问题和工艺要点。
The paper briefly introduces the advanced automatic optical inspection technology,which are used in SMT production. Through the analysis of SMT production types, it put forward the technique and tactic of AOI technology used in SMT production, and analyzed some problems and key technologies.
