摘要
本文采用全要素生产率的分析方法对广东经济增长源泉进行研究,发现改革开放以来,广东经济的增长是由劳动和资本的高投入和制度改革驱动,而不是由通过提高效率实现的,科技对经济增长的贡献率较低,结合亚洲"四小龙"的经济发展经验教训,本文认为这种增长将受到"收益递减"规律的限制,是不可持续发展的。最后,本文提出政策建议:广东经济要实现可持续的经济增长,必须走"科教兴粤"道路。
Based on the Total Factor Productivity (TFP) analysis of Guangdong, we find than, since 1978 the economy growth of Guangdong depends on lots of capital and labor input, as well as institution innovation. Since science and technology have little business to the growth rate, the economy growth of Guangdong will slow down, unless Guangdong pay more attention on the science and technology, education and training.
