摘要
本文是关于我国医疗体制中医患关系,特别是"红包"现象的研究。文章通过对以往研究的回顾和批判,提出"红包"现象其实是一种非制度性交易。作者力图将新制度主义的相关理论运用到"红包"问题的解决过程中,认为通过制度创新而达到我国医疗体制转型是解决包括"红包"现象等在内的医疗体制中存在问题的关键。
This article deals with the doctor- patient relationship, especially the issue of 'HongBao', i. e. , the gifted money wrapped in a sheet of red color paper, which a patient or his/her relatives offer to doctors in order to secure quality treatment from doctors in return. Based on a literature review, this article suggests that 'HongBao' is a kind of non- institutional exchange. The article presents an explanation and analysis of the phenomenon of 'HongBao' from the perspective of New Institutionism. It is concluded that the major key solution to the issue of 'HongBso' in China' s medical system is the transformation of medical institutions through institutional innovation.
