摘要
介绍了利用LabVIEW开发压力容器虚拟应力测试分析仪器的方法 ,形成了以软件为核心 ,以计算机为载体的仪器。通过对该仪器的实验测试 ,可得到较好的测试效果 ,可直接用于压力容器的测试分析 ,包括对新设计的压力容器进行技术鉴定和对在设压力容器进行安全鉴定。
The method of developing virtual stress test and analyzer for pressure vessel by using LabVIEW is introduced. The instrument is formed with software as the kernel and computer as carrier. Through the test of experiment, the better test result can be obtained. It can be used directly for testing analyzing of pressure vessels, including calibrating and technical evaluating the newly designed pressure vessels as well as implementing safety certification for in service vessels.
