摘要
“三农”问题长期以来关系到我国经济发展、社会稳定,今年中央再次将农业和农村问题作为中央一号文件下发,充分体现了党中央、国务院在新形势下把解决“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重的战略意图。解决好这一问题,对于实现我国的全面小康、可持续发展具有重要意义。
The three problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers are of great importance to the econom-
ic development social stability of China. At the very beginning of this year, these problems were put forward
again as the number - one problem by our Party, which indicates that the Central Committee of our Party and
our State Council regard them as the most important task. The settlement of these three problems is of great
importance to the realization of continuous development of our country.
