摘要
本文采用头部穴位电刺激和辅助以滋补肝肾、活血通络、祛风止颤为治则的中药对150例帕金森氏综合征(PD)患者进行临床观察.设立针刺结合中药治疗组(88例)、针刺组(20例)、中药组(20例)和西药对照组(22例),4组同步观察1个治疗期(3个月)疗效。针刺结合中药治疗 PD 的总有效率为89.8%,与西药对照组(86.4%)相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),4组的显效、有效和无效病例数经统计检验有显著性差异(P<0.001),显示针刺结合中药治疗 PD 的疗效为最好。
This paper presents observations of 150 cases of Parkinson's disease treated by electrical stimulation on head acupoints combined with prescriptions of nourishing the liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation,dredging the meridians,expelling the pathogenic wind and stopping tremor.The patients were divided into four groups,i.e.,acupuncture combined with herbal medicine(88 cases),acupunc- ture(20 cases),herbal medicine(20 cases)and chemical medicine(22 cases)and observed simulta- neously for three months.There were no marked differences(P>0.05)in effective rates between the group of acupuncture combined with herbal medicine (89.8%)and that of chemical medicine(86.4%).But there were significant differences(P<0.001)in excell- ent,effective and no effect rates among four groups, acupuncture combined with herbal medicine being best in curative effect.
