摘要
该文介绍上海朱枫公路东方红大桥主桥墩,应用准1000㎜×46.5m钻孔灌注桩,在最大水深6.5m的潮汐河流中的施工工艺流程。着重介绍了建立水上平台及其栈桥、护筒设置与安放、成孔作业、钢筋笼制作与吊装、导管防卡阻措施和灌注水下混凝土等施工技术。最后介绍了依法监理和质量监控。经工程实践,40根灌注桩全部为合格品。
Introduced hereby is the construction process of ?准1000mm x 46.5m non-displacement pile of main piers of Dongfanghong Bridge in Shanghai Zhufeng highway crossing the tidal river with maximum water depth of 6.5m, as well as the construction supervision and quality control are introduced. Engineering practice shows that all the 40 non-displacement piles are up to standard.
