摘要
记录中国北方晚新生代以来地球演化、生物进化与古人类活动的“泥河湾层” ,是珍贵的地质遗迹。随着保护区的建立 ,正确处理区内自然资源的保护和开发问题尤为重要。根据泥河湾自然保护区的资源与环境状况 ,在依法保护、科学管理、确保被保护对象完整性的前提下 ,合理开发实验区的土地、生物、旅游和水资源 ,开展科研与科普活动 ,有利于推动当地经济建设的持续发展。
According to the records of early human activities, Nihewan strata is an invaluable geological relic that has undergone the evolution of the earth and creations since the later Cenozoic Era. According to the laws concerned, several antiquity conservation organizations and natural reservation zones of different grades have been established so that they can get deserved protection. Therefore,how to reconcile the exploitation and the protection has become one of the most vital issues. In light of conditions of resources and environment in the reservation zone, it is a continuous promotion of economic development to develop land resources, living, tourist and water resources.
