摘要
温州模式的崛起得益于其得天独厚的外部环境与资本的内源性增长。这种以个体私营经济为主体的市场运行模式在 2 0多年来的改革过程中不断得到实践证明并取得了成功。然而 ,作为我国转型经济中的一个典型实例 ,能否将其作为一种“模式”在全国广泛推广成为当前理论界和决策层普遍关注的问题。通过对温州模式成长中内外部因素的总结 ,并结合温州经济社会发展的近况 ,对温州模式的普遍性意义进行了思考。
The emergence of Wenzhou Mode has got benefited from its special external environment condition and endogenous increase of the capital. This market operating mode, which takes individual private economy as subject, has constantly received identification of practice and achieved success during the reform for over 20 years. But, as a typical example of the economy transition in China, whether it can be regarded as a kind of “mode” to be popularized in the whole country is a focused issue by the theoretical field and the decision-making level. though making summary of the internal and external factor of Wenzhou Mode, and combining the recent situation of social economic development in Wenzhou, the universality of Wenzhou Mode is universally thought about.
