摘要
市场经济与计划经济的一个最根本的差异,是个人在经济生活中的地位和作用全然不同。市场经济的基本主体是个人,这正是市场经济充满生机活力的深层原因;而这又同社会主义社会个人自由发展的本质要求相吻合。向社会主义市场经济过渡,必须界定国家的经济角色和功能。国家要担起应尽的职责。既不能进行不必要的干预,又不能过度收缩、调控不力。应努力使个人的经济自由和国家的必要干预有机协调起来。
The fundamental difference between market economy and planned economy is that in-
dividuals are radically different in their status and function in the economic life. The basic
mainbody of market economy is the individuals who bring into full play the economic vitali-
ty which complies with liberal development of individual in socialism. At the same time,it is
necessary to define the economic role and function of State,State must fulfill its duty and re-
sponsibility: neither unnecessary intervention nor over contraction even without macro-regu-
lation and control. what we want is to coordinate organically the economic freedom of in-
dividual and necessary regulation of the State.
