摘要
市场经济同商品经济既有同一性又有差别性。市场经济不仅仅是经济调节手段、运行方式,而是一种具体经济制度,也是一种经济体制。社会主义市场经济既具有一般市场经济的典型特征,又具有自身的特点。实行市场经济体制是我国14年改革开放的必然抉择。要使市场经济体制运行起来,必须启动“国家调节市场,市场引导企业”的新机制。
