Study and Application for Theory of Infrared Vegetation Fresh-keeping

摘要 从光化学和生物电学出发,分析了红外线与植物细胞的作用机理,列举了共振效应、光电解效应及光复活作用对 植物内部机制的影响,提出了红外线的光学保鲜技术。最后,以番茄这种较典型的保鲜品为研究对象,用这种技术具体观察 了处理与未经处理样品的保鲜效果,得到了对比较明显的统计数据,论证了这项技术的可行性。 The interaction between the infrared ray and the vegetation cells are analyzed from photochemistry and bioelectricity. The detailed explanation about the effects of resonance, photo-electrolysis and photo-revival on the inner vegetation's function is given, and infrared ray on fresh-keeping is put forward. Finally , taking the typical vegetation, tomato for study ,the authors carefully observed the fresh-keeping effects of the treated and the untreated samples, and got comparatively obvious statistical data, and proved the feasibility of the new technology.
