摘要
采用调查法、访问法,探索武陵山区各级中小学体育教师配备、待遇,流失和未来发展的策略。
Through investigation and interview, the paper discusses the personnel, the treatments(s), the teacher leaving, and the way(s) to improve the P. E. teachers, and to deal with the problems above.
