《京都议定书》作为应对全球气候变暖这一严峻问题的措施 ,其重要性是不言而喻的。俄罗斯的批准将决定这一计划的命运。本文详细分析了俄罗斯的态度 ,客观讨论了它所受到的各方面的影响 ,并展望了《京都议定书》的未来。
