摘要
我国农村改革开放之初确立了以家庭联产承包经营为特色的农地使用制度。目前农地使用制度面临若干问题需要解决。完善农地使用制度的当务之急是在民法物权法中确立物权化的土地承包经营权 。
The household contract responsibility system remuneration linked to output as a farming land use system has been established at the beginning of rural reforming and opening up. Now there are many problems in this system to be resolved. The urgent affairs of improving faring land use system is to establish property right land contract and operation right and further establish faring right corresponding to land transfer.
