摘要
当代中国宪政在经济转型的推动下,依托行政法的发展,走的是一条渐进的道路。我国二十多年来民主、法治和人权保障的发展进程清晰地证明了这一点。有限理性是宪政渐进的理论基础,稳定是宪政渐进的社会基础,转型中的经济是宪政渐进的经济基础,儒家传统文化是宪政渐进的文化基础。未来中国的宪政发展仍应遵循这样一个积极稳妥、循序渐进的路径。
With the economic reform and development of administrative law, Constitutionalism come to be true step by step in our country. Limited ration is the theoretical basic of gradual Constitutionalism. Steadiness of our country is the social basic of gradual Constitutionalism. Economy in reform is the economical basic of gradual Constitutionalism. Traditional culture of China is the cultural basic of gradual Constitutionalism. Constitutionalism of China should develop in such an active , steady and gradual way.
