从20世纪60年代至90年代中期,非洲大多数国家民族经济的发展之所以走着十分艰难曲折的道路,呈现严重滑坡的现象,其中政局稳定与否所起的作用是决定性的。自20世纪90年代中期起,实现政局稳定和社会和平是非洲社会人心所向、大势所趋。目前,非洲总体趋向政治稳定、经济复兴。
From the 1960s to the mid-1990s,as a re- sult of political instability,the national economic development of most of the African countries suf- fered a sharp decline,which submerged them into insurmountable difficulties.Ever since the mid- 1990s,political stability and social peace have be- come the prevailing trend on the continent and have made it possible for Africa's economic revival.
