摘要
印度2003财年的经济高增长属于超常现象。但也应看到,印度经济已经进入了较高的增长周期。与20世纪八九十年代相比,当前的经济基础更为坚实,经济改革政策正在使其经济增长的潜力得到释放。今后几年内,由于多种因素的制约,印度很难继续保持8%的高增长率。但是印度经济结构和增长方式的变化使其增长速度也不会像以前那样大幅下滑,年均增长率大体上会保持在6%～7%。
India's fast economic growth of the 2003 fiscal year is an exceptional phenomena,though it should be noted that India's economic growth has already got into the fast lane.Compared with the 1980s and the 1990s,the present Indian economy is on a solid ground and the economic reform policies are facilitating the release of economic development po- tentials.In the coming years,it is unlikely for In- dia to keep its annual economic growth at 8% ow- ing to a number of constraining factors.Notwith- standing,the change of India's economic structure and growth modal can avoid sharp decline that In- dia suffered so often in the past and keep the annu- al economic growth at 6-7%.
