摘要
针对热处理车间网络控制的要求,采用组态王Kingview 6.1作为开发软件,讨论了基于现场总线的集散控制系统,并在这个基础上引入了双机冗余技术,提高了整个系统的可靠性和稳定性.
According to the acquire of network control in the heat treatment factory,the system uses Kingview 6.1 as the exploited system.The DCS based on fieldbus is discussed and the redundancy system of double computers is introduced.Thereof,it improves the responsibility and reliability of the system.
