摘要 针对数字化技术对传统制造业和制造自动化产生的巨大影响,该文论述了数字化技术的基本概念和特点,并以数字化产品开发和虚拟制造为主介绍了数字化建模、多学科综合优化、全生命周期数据管理、虚拟产品开发、虚拟加工和虚拟装配、生产线仿真和生产线重构等主要关键技术和发展方向.最后指出,数字化技术是制造业信息化的核心技术,并将成为21世纪制造业持续发展的基本策略. In allusion to the great influence the digitization technology imposed on the traditional manufacturing enterprise and manufacturing automation,this paper described the conception and characteristics of the digitization technology.Digitized product development and virtual manufacturing are chosen as the major examples to introduce some key techniques and their development orientation,including digital modeling,multi-discipline synthetic optimization,lifecycle oriental product data management,virtual machining and virtual assembly,production line simulation and production line reorganization.In the end,a conclusion is drawn to point out that digitization technology is the kernel technology of the manufacturing information and well be the basic strategy for the sustainable development of the manufacturing in the 21 century.
