面向数码工厂的虚拟自动线快速构造研究

摘要 虚拟车间的构造及其可视化交互仿真是实现数码工厂的关键技术.本文针对虚拟车间的制造单元和自动线,提出了虚拟环境下的自动线三维快速构造系统的总体框架.研究了生产设备快速建模、设备模型库的建立以及虚拟制造单元快速构造的方法.设备几何建模采用通用的CAD软件,然后借助Poly Trans软件将此模型转换为可在Multigen Vega虚拟环境下运行的格式.另外,本文还介绍了一个虚拟自动线快速构造原型系统,该系统采用C++和Multigen VEGA开发,能够支持制造单元、生产线的虚拟设计. The construction of virtual workshop and its 3D interactive simulation are crucial to digital factory.Based on the investigation of virtual manufacturing,we proposed a framework for rapid constructipn of manufacturing cell under virtual environment.New methods for rapid modeling of production facility,establishment of facility lib,as well as the rapid construction of 3D manufacturing cell,are presented in this paper.In this system,the geometry model of facilities are first built by using commercial CAD packages,and then transferred to Open Flight format that can be run under the virtual environment of Multigen Vega.Further more,a prototype software system for rapid construction of automatic production line is introduced.This system was developed based on C++and Multigen VEGA,and it can be used in virtual design for manufacturing cell and production layout.
