摘要
采用非接触式三维激光测量方法获得风扇部分关键点数据,利用反求工程、曲面重构及实体造型原理,快速建立新型风扇模型,并通过快速原型技术制作出新型风扇样件.实践证明,应用逆向工程技术及快速原型技术对现有风扇进行改型设计的方法是一种切实可行的质量高、精度高、效率高的新产品开发方法.
By applying non-contact three-dimensional laser measure the key data of the existing fan is obtained,and new style fan model is rapidly constructed by applying reverse engineering,surface reconstruction and solid construction.The new style fan is manufactured by rapid prototype technology.The practice indicates that the method for improving the existing fan based on reverse engineering and rapid prototype is a new development method of production,and it is of high quality,high precision and great efficiency.
