摘要
产品几何技术规范(GPS)是一套有关工件几何学的规范,它覆盖了尺寸、尺度、几何公差和表面几何性能的标准.新一代GPS系统是一套新的产品开发与制造工程工具.该文阐述了新一代GPS标准体系的结构、特点及关键技术,并介绍了新一代GPS标准的研究现状.
Dimensional and Geometrical Product Specification and Verification(GPS)is a specification of the product geometry,which covers the standards of the size,dimension,geometrical tolerancing and surface texture of geometrical product.The new GPS system is an improved engineering tool for product development and manufacturing.This paper presents the matrix model of the improved GPS stgandards,and its characteristics and key technologies.In the last,the new researching contents of GPS in the future is introduced.
