废气再循环对四气门火花点火内燃机性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过将再循环废气引入四气门火花点火内燃机 ,发现在所有空燃比范围内 ,随着废气再循环比率的增加 ,NOx 排放能降低 81%~ 90 % ;空燃比不变时 ,不管负荷如何变化 ,EGR对CO排放的影响很小 ;空燃比大于 16时 ,HC排放增加 ,空燃比小于 16时 ,HC排放下降。 8%的废气再循环比率可使燃油经济性有所改善。 The experiment of the EGR's effect on S.I.engine performance and emissions showed that at lower EGR rate of about 15%,?NOx ?emission ?can ?be ?effectively reduced ?without ?suffering ?much ?lose ?of ?fuel ?economy ?and power output and HC emission of the engine.With the increasing of EGR ratio, NO x emission decreased by 81% to 90%,at the same time,HC emission and fuel consumption increased,but EGR has less impact on CO emission. Fuel consumption can be improved at the EGR rate about 8%.
