Evaluation of Elastically Linked Dashpot-Based Multiple Tuned Mass Dampers for Structures Under Ground Acceleration

摘要 提出了基于弹性连接阻尼多重调谐质量阻尼器(ELD-MTMD),并评价了弹性地安装阻尼器对多重调谐质量阻尼器(MTMD)性能的影响.性能评价是通过刚度系数(SR)来进行的,以设置ELD-MTMD结构最大动力放大系数中最小值的最小化为ELD-MTMD最优参数和有效性的评价准则,以ELD-MTMD动力放大系数的最大值为ELD-MTMD冲程的评价准则.数值研究表明,ELD-MTMD的刚度系数(SR)存在上限值. The elastically linked dashpot-based multiple tuned mass dampers (ELD-MTMD) have been proposed in this paper to evaluate the effects of installing the dashpots elastically(measured by the stiffness ratio, SR) on the dynamic characteristics of the multiple tuned mass dampers (MTMD). The evaluation criterion of the optimum parameters and effectiveness is defined to be the minimization of the minimum values of the maximum dynamic magnification factors of the structure with the ELD-MTMD. The assessment criterion of the ELD-MTMD stroke is defined as the maximum dynamic magnification factor of every ELD-TMD in the ELD-MTMD. The numerical results indicate that there is an upper limit on the SR, namely the maximum allowable SR, beyond which the dynamic characteristics of the ELD-MTMD are different from those of the MTMD.
