摘要
"理清道路功能、提高路网效率、支撑经济发展"是我国城市交通当前迫切需要解决的热点、难点及焦点问题.为此,吸纳国内外的先进理念,分析临港新城城市道路的特性,在现行规范的框架范围内,提出了适应新城路网条件的道路功能分级体系——以主要服务对象为依据,面向道路使用功能,划分新城道路为四级九类.
'To classify the function of roads, to improve the efficiency of road network, to support the development of economy' is always difficult for many cities in our country during developing their city transport, also it is a hotspot and focus.Through study of different advanced classification theories of urban roads at home and abroad, according to Lingang city roads characteristic, the new classification system put forword here is based on the road users' characteristic and also with a full respect of the road performance, which divides urban roads of the new city into four categories and nine classes.
