摘要
参数扫描法是电路CAD软件Protel99(se)的一项重要仿真功能。以一个基本放大电路为例,在一个Protel99(se)的仿真元件库中已有的、和实际电路元件具有相似的主要电学参数的仿真元件的基础上,将其某些参数(本例为β值)扫描到实际电路所需的参数数值,从而实现了在软件Protel99(se)中改变仿真元件的某些模型参数以进行电路的仿真研究的目的。该方法的意义在于:既可以利用Protel99(se)软件进行电路在各种元件参数下的仿真分析研究,也便于学生利用软件代替实物做各种电路仿真实验。
Parameter sweep is an important emulating function of software Protel99(se) in the circuit CAD. The paper takes a basic magnified circuit for example and scans a parameter (Value)to the parameter Value needed in an actual circuit based on the emulation component of the participal electrical parameter which has already existed in the emulation component stock of Protel99(se),and which is similar to the actual circuit elements. Thus the purpose of emulation research is realized through modifying some model parameters of the emulation elements in the software Protel99(se). The meaning of the method lies in that it can not only do the emulation analysis in the situation of various element parameters in the circuit by using Protel99(se) software but make it possible for students to do all kinds of emulating experiments, using software instead of material objects.
