摘要
观察了制备大鼠心肌缺血模型各操作即气管切开接呼吸机通气、开胸、开心包、穿线等4个步骤对心电图的影响。结果:麻醉后大鼠心率渐减慢,各步骤使T波相对R波有增高趋势;通气后P-R段下移;开胸使P-R段恢复到实验前水平;开心包影响较小,但仍使心率减慢及T/R增加趋势;穿线后个别出现室早和室速,部分ST段呈弓背向上抬高.说明制备大鼠心肌缺血模型时各种操作均对心电图有影响,在制备大鼠心肌缺血模型或利用该模型进行研究时要考虑这些因素。
The effects of operation on electrocardiogram in preparing rat ischemic myocardial models were observed. The operations included four steps: artificial respiration was applied, chest and pericardium was opened, ligature was passed through under the coronary artery. The results showed that the heart rates of rat reduced after anaesthesia and increased in T/R ratio in every operation. After ventilation, P -R segment was droped but it was recovered after the chest was opened. The effect was less after the pericardium was opened but the heart rates reduced and T/R ratio increased were noted. Disturbances of the heart rate and ST segment elevations were noted when ligature was passed through under the coronary artery. In conclusion, it was suggested that the electrocardiogram was influenced by every operation of preparing coronary artery occlusion in rat.
