摘要
对于球节点焊接网架、(壳)结构来说,球-管焊接质量同建筑物安全度关系极大,本文基于多年来大量工程实践总结出行之有效的球-管无衬管窄间隙U型坡口焊接新工艺。这项工艺易于保证焊缝焊透,便于控制拼装和安装质量,节约人力和物力,减轻劳动强度,提高生产率,目前已广泛应用于大、中跨度的工业与公共建筑,效果很好。
In the ball-joint-welded space truss(shell)structure, there is an obvious influelice of thequality of welding hollow ball-pipe on safety of buildings. For this reasion,based on a great dealof engineering and practical experiences in arent years a new welding procedure of hollow steelball-steel pipe with narrow gap U-groove and without lining tube is summarized in the paper.This procedure is easy to obtain the penetrative welding seam and to guarantee the installing quality,andalso favourable for reducing labour intensity and raising labour capacity.At present,this procedure hasbeen sidely used in industrial and public buildings with large and middle span,and good results areobtained.
