摘要
高炉风口前的物理、化学变化十分复杂 ,风口燃烧带内的气体流动以及焦炭燃烧状况对高炉的高效生产意义重大。本文对高炉风口燃烧带内焦炭燃烧行为进行了详细的分析 ,并且分别对燃烧过程中气体流动过程以及传热传质过程进行了理论研究 。
The physics and chemical change of BF draught were very complicated.The flow of the gas and the combustion action of coke in ignition belt of draught are great meaning of BF produce high-efficiently.This paper detailed analysised the combustion action of coke ignition belt of draught.A mathematical model simulating the combustion action of BF draught was built,and its result was discussed through theoretical reseach to flow of gas and heat transfer in combustion.
