摘要
本文以某企业的B型超声波仪中的操作面板的开发应用为例,探讨了基于RP／RT／CAE技术的产品快速开发途径。通过优化模具结构,改进工艺参数,从而改善了制成品质量,使RP／RT技术更加实用化。
Taking the development and application of the operating panel for B-type ultrasonic instrument as an example, the way of rapid product development based on RP/RT/CAE technology are investigated . By means of the mould structure optimization and process parameters optimization, the product quality is improved, and the RP/RT technology has a good practice in this field.
