摘要
叙述了12Cr17Mn9Ni4A钢磁控交流缝焊的原理和方法,分析了焊缝的机械性能和金相组织。与一般缝焊接头相比,磁控缝焊可显著减少接头缺陷,细化晶粒,从而改善焊缝的组织和性能。
The principle and method of alternating current seam welding of steel 12Cr17Mn9Ni4A with magnetic control are discussed. The mechanical performance and metallurgical structure of the 'weld joint are analyzed. Comparing with the general joint of the seam welding, the seam welding with magnetic control can obviously reduce flaws of joint and refine crystal grain, so the structure and performances of the seam can be improved.
