单组分氟化物焊剂对钛合金氩弧焊焊缝成形的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Single Constituent Fluoride Flux on Argon Arc Welding Seam Forming of Ti Alloy

摘要 对厚2.5 mm的BT20钛合金平板,沿不同氟化物焊剂进行TIG焊接(A-TIG),并与相同规范下的常规TIG焊进行对比,试验证明,不同的单组分氟化物焊剂对焊缝成形、熔透深度的影响有较大差别。文中分析了A-TIG焊得到的焊接接头的金相组织。 TIG welding (A-TIG) of BT20 Ti alloy sheet with 2. 5 mm thickness is carried out along the different fluoride coatings. Then it is compared with TIG welding in the same specifications. The tests show that the effects of the different signal constituent fluorides on welding seam forming and penetration depth have a greater difference. Besides, the metallurgical struture of welded joint obtained by TIG welding along the different fluoride coatings (A-TIG) is analyzed.
