摘要
烯烃在水溶性铑膦络合催化剂作用下,经羰基合成制成相应的醛。为增大高碳烯烃的反应活性,向体系中加入相转移剂。在温和的反应条件下(压力3~4MPa,温度100~120℃),烯烃转化率和生成醛的选择性均大于90%。反应后醛产物与催化剂用简单分相法,即可达到良好的分离效果。催化剂可以重复使用。
Aldehydes were obtained by oxosynthesis of olefines in the presence of water soluble rhodium-phcephine complex catalyst. Phase transfer agents were in order to increase the activity of reaction of higher olefines. Under mild conditions of temperature (100~120℃) and Pressure (3~4MPa), conversion of olefines and selectivity to aldehydes are higher than 90%. Aqueous solution of catalyst can be separated easily from aldehyde product and can be reused satisfactorily.
