摘要
以异丁醛为起始原料,经氧化、氯化以及脱卤化氢三步反应合成甲基丙烯酸。这是一条合成甲基丙烯酸的新路线,这项研究已取得较好的结果,总收率达到41%。
A new route for synthesis of methacrylic acid is reported in the paper. This method is isobutyraldehyde as starting material via three steps of reaction: oxidation, chlorination and dehydrochlorination. Its raw materials are cheapper,synthetic route is shorter,method is more simple and convennient, and yield is higher. The total yield of product is 41.0%.
