摘要
从邻甲苯胺合成N-邻甲苯基硫脲,对如何提高产物质量,采取了一些有效的措施,获得了最优工艺条件。红外光谱谱图证明了产物的正确性。放大实验结果表明该合成条件下的平均得率可达95％。
In the synthesis of N-(o-tolyl)-thiourea from o-toluidine, some effective measures were taken so that the quality of the product was improved and the reaction conditions were optimized. IR spectrum proved the structure of the product. The results of larger scale experiments proved that the average yield was 95%.
