摘要
本文以大学思想品德课教学与科研的系统改革为出发点 ,全面地分析和阐述了在改革中所应实施的结构整合及体制创新。在指出思想品德与人才素质有机联系、向性互动的基础上 ,从理论同实践相结合的角度 ,系统地揭示了搞好思想品德课教学与科研改革通常要弄清的目标任务、要素配置及具体行动计划与步骤等。
This article presents a comprehensive discussion of the restructuring and systematic innovation required for the reform of the teac hing and research of university ideology and ethics courses. With an analysis of the relationship and interaction between ideo-ethics and quality of people, an d the integration of theory and practice, it elaborates on the aim, allocation o f essential resources, and action plans for such a reform.
